New 'Common Induction Standards 2010 (Adult Services)' course launched

We are pleased to announce that we have launched the refreshed Skills for Care Common Induction Standards 2010 (Adult Services) through CoursesForYou this month.  This refreshed course covers the new eight common induction standards that form the basis of registration of all Social Care staff. The common induction standards describe what all care workers need to understand for their job role in providing care or support to individuals no matter what their needs may be.

Induction training is compulsory across the entire social care sector. The Common Induction Standards course is suitable for all those entering the Health and Social Care profession, as well as Health & Social Care staff who require induction training. The course forms the foundation of all underpinning knowledge required for all social care training and diplomas.
